Lauren Fincham has been a featured artist for independent and Internet radio stations across the US and abroad. Participating in various regional compilations, benefit concerts, studio sessions, and commercial spots; she was also the Jacksonville Super Bowl performer for Westwood One, a Folk Alliance OASIS featured artist, TEDx musical guest, and part of the Swamp Radio podcast house band since 2013. Adding ethereal and sometimes eerie musical support to the landscapes of Lauren’s songs is pedal steel and dobro player, Brian Homan. Together, their band is called My Monster Heart. Feel free to ask why.

Roy Peak has been a bass player for multiple North Florida regional acts for more years than he can remember. In 2014 he released his debut album All Is Well, which has been described as “A punkish folk-rock tromp through twelve songs about love, death, and birds.” He wrote the theme song for the Utica, NY radio program Get Off My Lawn, and his cover version of Gillian Welch’s song “Look at Miss Ohio” was voted one of the best cover songs of 2016 by
His songs are noted for their knife-sharp rhythms and intense, often dark lyricism.

Bob Ganley has had a lifelong interest in American and Irish traditional folk music, finding musical inspiration in the songs of Bob Dylan, Tom Paxton, Donovan Leitch, Gordon Bok and Bob Zentz. His Irish heritage also attracted him to the music of greats like Luke Kelly and the Dubliners, Tommy Makem and other legendary Irish troubadours. A self-taught guitarist, Bob has played on and off over the years, and prefers the sweet soft sounds of a nylon string classical guitar. He enjoys participating and volunteering at music festivals, playing at coffee houses and open mikes, and enjoying his retirement jamming with his friends.

This concert is sponsored by the Mudville Music Room, Ray Lewis Productions and the North Florida Folk Network (NFFN).
