Uncle Eddie & Robin are a fun and quirky husband and wife duo, who pride themselves on their thought provoking lyrics and their tight two part harmonies. The duo hails from Wheeling, West Virginia, and hit the Florida music scene with a splash two years ago with their own genres of plunk rock, chant, rapgrass, and beachgrass. “Not Your Typical Old Folkies”, they are a dynamic and eclectic musical duet with a flair for the old and a taste for the new. Their energy belies their age, and the breadth of their life experience makes for a rich and rewarding musical evening.

Singer-songwriter and master guitarist Al Monte has many influences, and writes in an abundance of different styles and genres. His set list is extensive with timeless original songs from his last four CDs and more, with songs from the 60s to the present. From folk to jazz and blues and rock, you will be enchanted by his own special style and flair with a touch of James Taylor, Paul Simon, Jim Croce, and others thrown in for good measure. Al will be joined by Scott Selph, who is a well-established musician in the Jacksonville area, and the lead guitarist for the veteran band Kymystry.

Fort Lauderdale native Dan Raymond is an award winning singer-songwriter who loves calling Jacksonville home. Since his first vinyl record release over 40 years ago, he has taken his music from Florida to Colorado and beyond with six albums/CDs, and the creation of WestMonster Recording Studios. Dan’s most recent achievement was winning the acclaimed “Songwriter of the Year” award in the Singer-Songwriter Showcase twelve month competition at Dave’s Music Bar and Grill. He plays multiple instruments, and you can hear them all on his latest CD, "Changed Forever," which is a compilation of previously released material containing ten of his original songs.

This concert is sponsored by the Mudville Music Room, Ray Lewis Productions and the North Florida Folk Network (NFFN).
